Click on "Manage/Edit App" from the app page to jump into the app management page where you'll see a list of prompts that have been added to the app. Click on the pencil icon on the top left to change the name or add a description.
You can click on any of your prompts to see the full raw prompt that gets sent to the AI system. Click on the pencil icon on the top left to edit your prompt and save.
